各位同仁:


我们诚挚地邀请您参加2018年“人力资源管理前沿理论及国际论文发表”国际研讨会。


为加强国内外人力资源管理研究,帮助国内学者在国际高端人力资源管理期刊发表学术论文,推进中国人力资源管理的研究进程,由中国人力资源开发研究会和中南财经政法大学牵头,中南财经政法大学工商管理学院和《中国人力资源开发》杂志共同举办2018年“人力资源管理前沿理论及国际论文发表”国际研讨会。本次研讨会的3位主讲嘉宾均为国际管理期刊的主编/副主编(Human Resource Management; Academy of Management Perspectives; British Journal of Management; International Journal of Human Resource Management; Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources; Asia Pacific Journal of Management; Asian Business and Management等)。本次研讨会拟在Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources和Asian Business and Management策划两期special issue (专刊)。现将有关事宜通知如下:


一、会议主题和目的

本次研讨会的主题:如何在高端英文国际学术期刊上发表人力资源管理文章(How to publish HRM articles in good quality English journals)


本次研讨会的目的:

  • To develop research capacity in the field of HRM, which is broadly defined to include HRM, organizational behavior, international HRM and industrial/employment relations


  • To provide step-by-step support/guidance to develop skills for publishing journal articles in leading English journals

四、会议议程和内容

本研讨会围绕如何做研究和如何写作及发表论文,从写作和评审等多个角度为参会者提供帮助,包括主旨报告、分组讨论、投稿论文点评等多项议程。交流内容包括:


  • Requirements for publishing in good English academic journals (plenary)

  • How to choose target journals (plenary)

  • How to identify research topic and frame your study (plenary)

  • How to write Abstract, Introduction and Conclusions (plenary)

  • How to search literature and conduct literature review (plenary)

  • How to write research methods (qualitative, quantitative, mixed method) (workshops)

  • How to write results (case study, qualitative, quantitative) (workshops)

  • How to address editor’ s and reviewers’ comments and craft response letters (plenary)

  • How to write conceptual and review articles (plenary)

  • Hands-on  advice on a selection of working papers submitted in advance and presented in the symposium (workshops)

期刊拟设“Strategic Human Resource Management in China”研究专刊(special issue)。期刊将择优选择和推荐优秀稿件投至专刊,但所有投稿均需经过期刊的匿名评审流程,本研讨会的接受稿件并不保证被专刊接受发表。


七、论文投稿

参会者不一定要提交论文。

本研讨会鼓励参会者提交稿件,提交论文者将有机会宣读文章并获取专家意见。稿件请于2018年8月10日-20日期间投至hy@hrdchina.org。请参照APA格式排版,并在首页注明作者信息和联系方式。


八、会议规模、费用及联系方式

本次会议的总体规模控制在100人。参会者需缴纳会务费:教师为1800元人民币,博士生为1500元人民币(均包含报名费、资料费、22-23日2天午餐,22日1天晚餐)。住宿及交通费用自理。会务费将由中国人力资源开发研究会收取,并开具正规发票。


为统计参会人数、预先做出相应安排,如果您“确认”参会,收到此邀请函后,请务必于2018年6月30日前填写好参会回执并以E-mail回复给大会会务组。其他未尽事项将后续通知。

 Fang Lee Cooke, Distinguished Professor(HRM and Asia Studies), Monash University,Australia. Professor Cooke is Co-Editor-in-Chief of: International Journal of Human Resource Management; AsiaPacific Journal of Human Resources;Associate/Senior Editor of: Human Resource Management; InternationalBusiness Review; Gender, Work and Organisation; Asia Pacific Journal ofManagement; Asian Business and Management; GuestEditor of: Human Resource Management; Human Resource Management Journal;International Journal of Human Resource Management; Relations Industrielles/Industrial Relations; Journal of World Business (forthcoming); Journal ofBusiness Ethics (forthcoming); Co-Editor of two books (Routledge). She has published 87 journal articles on HRM and employmentrelations topics.

 


Dr Fabian Jintae Froese is chair professor of human resource management and Asian business atthe University of Goettingen, Germany. In addition, he is Editor-in-Chief of AsianBusiness & Management, Associate Editor of Cross-Cultural andStrategic Management, and vice president of the Association of JapaneseBusiness Studies. Previously, he was a professor of international business atKorea University in Seoul, Korea. He obtained a doctorate in internationalmanagement from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and anotherdoctorate in sociology from Waseda University, Japan.


His research interests lie ininternational human resource management and cross-cultural management with aregional focus on Europe and Asia. Currently, he is involved in an EU-fundedproject on “Knowledge and innovation in, to, and from emerging markets”, incooperation with partners in China, Vietnam, Argentina, Mexico, Morocco,Denmark, Italy, and Spain. His work has been published in refereed journalssuch as Academy of Management Learning & Education, British Journal ofManagement, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal ofOrganizational Behavior, and Journal of World Business.



Professor Geoffrey Wood is Dean and Professor of International Business, atEssex Business School. Previously he was Professor of International Business atWarwick Business School, UK. He has authored/co-authored/edited eighteen books,and over one hundred and seventy articles in peer-reviewed journals. Previouslyhe was Professor of International Business at Warwick Business School, UK. Heholds honorary positions at Griffith and Monash University in Australia, andWitwatersrand and Nelson Mandela Universities in South Africa. Geoff’s researchinterests centre on the relationship between institutional setting, corporategovernance, firm finance, and firm level work and employment relations.Geoffrey Wood is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Management,the Official Journal of the British Academy of Management (BAM). He also serveson the BAM Council. He is also Co-Editor of the Annals of CorporateGovernance and Associate Editor of Academy ofManagement Perspectives, the latter being anofficial journal of the (US) Academy of Management.  He isalso editor of the Chartered ABS Journal Ranking list and has recently beenappointed to review the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) List. Hehas had numerous research grants, including funding councils (e.g. ESRC),government departments (e.g. US Department of Labour; UK Department of Worksand Pensions), charities (e.g. Nuffield Foundation), the labour movement (e.g.the ITF) and the European Union.
