Statement of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China on Resolutely Safeguard China’s Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights in the South China Sea
On 12 July 2016, the Arbitral Tribunal in the South China Sea arbitration established at the unilateral request of the Republic of the Philippines ignored the basic facts, trampled international law and basic norms of international relations, and made the so-called "ruling" announcement which seriously damaged China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights. The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China solemnly declares that the announcement is null and void and has no binding force. All ethnic China youth groups strongly oppose and never recognize it.
Nanhai Zhudao (the South China Sea Islands) are territory since the ancient times. China has a solid historical and legal foundation of territorial sovereignty and maritime rights in the South China Sea. China enjoys indisputable sovereignty in Nanhai Zhudao. Our ancestors have lived and worked on Nanhai Zhudao from generations to generations, exercising sovereignty and jurisdiction over them continuously and effectively. The South China Sea is the home of all people. All ethnic China youth groups are committed to guarding our rights with all our efforts.
The South China Sea used to be a peaceful place. The and people have always demonstrated great sincerity and patience and have made great efforts to ensure the stability of the South China Sea. However, under the extended power with ulterior motives behind the Philippine , the Aquino III abandoned the promises and blatantly provocated to the and people. It will not shake divine sovereignty in the South China Sea. Instead, it strengthens our determination to defend for its sovereignty.
All ethnic China youth groups are always be the fresh troops of our country. We firmly support all the necessary measures and justice actions the taking to safeguard national territorial sovereignty, insistently support to maintain the international rules of law as well as pursue international equity and justice. We will always stand firmly with China and the people, waiting for the call of our motherland and our people!

关于应菲律宾共和国单方面请求建立的案仲裁庭所作裁决的声明
当地时间7月12日，应菲律宾共和国单方面请求建立的案仲裁庭公布所谓的“仲裁结果”。这一荒谬仲裁，激起了广大中国青年学生的强烈义愤，中华全国学生联合会郑重声明：
一、我们坚决不接受、不承认所谓的“仲裁结果”。所谓的案知法违法，在程序、实体、法律、证据适用方面牵强附会，漏洞百出，，挑战了作为地区规则的《南海各方行为宣言》，仲裁本身就是对国际法的背离。打着法治和规则旗号违背法治和规则，没有管辖权而又自行扩权、越权、滥权的仲裁庭罔顾法律和事实的“裁决”，于法不合、于理不通、于情不顺，我们岂能接受？岂能承认？
二、。中国人民在南海的活动已有2000多年历史，中国对包括东沙群岛、西沙群岛、。，。
三、我们强烈反对外部势力对说三道四、横加干涉。，，中国不接受任何第三方争端解决方式，不接受任何强加于中国的争端解决方案。但一些国家和势力以所谓的维护国际法、保障航行自由等借口，背后怂恿菲律宾发起“仲裁案”，操纵所谓的“仲裁庭”成为他们的“代理人”与“棋子”，派出军舰在南海耀武扬威、横加干涉。己所不欲勿施于人，？是谁在全世界打着民主的旗号行反民主价值之实？对这样的言行不一、包藏祸心，我们强烈反对。
四、我们真诚期待与世界各国青年学生携手共建和谐世界。中国人民从苦难中走过来，深知和平的珍贵、发展的价值，把促进世界和平与发展视为自己的神圣职责。今天的人类比以往任何时候都更有条件共同朝着和平与发展的目标迈进。因此，我们真诚期待并将尽力推动，与包括菲律宾在内的全世界各国青年学生和学生组织加强联系、交流，建立更加广泛、持久的友谊与合作；共同倡导和推广人类命运共同体意识，反对冷战思维和零和博弈，尊重各国人民自主选择发展道路的权利，维护国际公平正义，推动国际秩序和全球治理体系朝着更加公正合理方向发展。
五、我们衷心呼吁全体中华学子齐心协力、众志成城，为早日实现中国梦拼搏奋进。是一些国家和势力妄图终结中国发展战略机遇期抛出的“捆仙绳”、遏制中国崛起的“绊马索”，要实现“两个一百年”的奋斗目标，就必须应对好这一挑战、跨越好这一门槛。青年是祖国的未来、民族的希望。：“全国广大青年要深刻了解近代以来中国人民和中华民族不懈奋斗的光荣历史和伟大历程，坚定不移跟着中国走，勇做走在时代前列的奋进者、开拓者、奉献者，让青春在为祖国、为人民、为民族的奉献中焕发出绚丽光彩！”我们衷心期待并将努力推动，全世界的中华学子以实现中华民族伟大复兴为己任，团结起来，众志成城，为早日实现中国梦努力拼搏奋进。
