2017CPhI医药女性领导力沙龙中英文倡议书发布

经济和社会学家把女性的力量形容成世界经济增长的“隐形发动机”。作为医药界女性领导人，她们已经成为该领域最活跃的群体之一，是该领域发展的重要驱动力。在此，我们以医药界女性领导人作为载体和依托，向这个群体投以深切的关怀和热切的关注，并发出如下倡议：

Economists and sociologists describe the power of women as the "invisible engine" driving the world economic growth. Female leaders have become one of the most active groups in the pharmaceutical industry and the important driving force for the development of the industry. Thus here we issue the following initiatives:

一、倡议女性领导人关注健康，树立健康的生活理念、重视生理、心理健康问题，积极参加各类健康宣传教育和培训，把科学的健康理念、丰富的健康知识、正确的健康生活融入到日常生活；

First, female leaders should focus on health. We should establish the concept of healthy living, pay attention to the physical and mental well-being of women, and actively participate in various health education and training. So that we enrich our knowledge and establish the right concept, bringing forward a healthy lifestyle into our living;

二、倡议女性领导人关注成长，成功是一个外在的评价标准，而成长是一种内在的声明力量，通过各种学习与活动，让自己精神丰满、丰富、活泼，充满魅力，完成更高的精神追求与成长；

Second, female leaders should focus on development. Success is an external evaluation standard, while development describes the force from within. Through a variety of learning activities, we vitalize our spirits and accomplish self-actualization;

三、倡议女性领导人关注创新，创新是一个领导者的灵魂，利用女性的优势跳出思维定式，创新领导关系和情境，创新领导方法和途径，提高领导活动绩效，提升企业生命力；

Third, female leaders should focus on innovation. Innovation is the heart and soul of leadership. We should take advantage of our strong suits to jump out of the box, and to create innovative leadership styles and methods to improve our own performance and to enhance the vitality of our enterprises;

四、倡议女性领导人关注资源共享，建立全球性女性领导人网络并不断拓展，共享自主创业、企业管理和开拓市场等成功经验，互帮互助共同寻找发展与壮大机会。

Fourth, female leaders should focus on resource sharing. We should establish a global network of female leaders, and continue expanding it. We should share different experiences of entrepreneurship, and make mutual assistance to jointly seek development and growth.
