我国自学直考系统研究

摘
机动车驾驶人自学直考,是我国公民考取机动车驾驶证的新方式，是顺应国际趋势的必然产物，是充分尊重人权的具体表现。本文开题恰逢国家进行对应试点改革。选择本题，意在与国家同步改革中，探索自学直考存在的问题以及未来发展的方向。
本文基于我国实际，结合新近提出的改革政策，参照国际做法，提出了自学直考在实施中存在的漏洞以及改进的办法。

Abstract
