当审稿人收到邀请，同意审稿后，稿件状态会变更为“Under Review”，这个过程可能需要一、两个月或更长的时间，需耐心等待。
如果被邀审稿人不愿意审阅，就会选择“Decline”,编辑只能重新邀请其他的审稿人;有时审稿人因某种原因延误了审稿，也会造成等待时间过长，这时可以委婉地写信询问一下编辑。笔者就曾收到编辑回复说，审稿人暂时联系不到或者正在度假，延误了审稿，关于催稿信的书写请参照下“催稿信的模板”。

Iam not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the statusof my submitted manuscript titled “Paper Title”.(manuscript ID), although thestatus of “With Editor” has been lasting for more than two months, sincesubmitted to journal three months ago.
